Rural Hospital Network
Studer Group Small and Rural Partnership is an initiative for small, rural hospitals committed to providing the best place for employees to work, physicians to practice medicine and patients to receive care in their communities. The Small and Rural Partnership provides the opportunity for small, rural hospitals (50 or fewer acute care beds) to access Studer Group tools and best practices in a way that is cost-effective. It tailors the experience and proven success of Studer Group's intellectual resources and coaching to respond specifically to the needs of these hospitals.
Join Our Partnership
There are great benefits to joining the Studer Group Small and Rural Partnership, including:
- Coaching on how to create an organization where everyone is moving in one direction using measurable goals as the basis for prioritization, accountability and performance evaluation. This is accelerated through the use of our Leader Evaluation Manager™ software.
- Instructions on how to build a core team at your organization. We will help you develop a model based on evidence-based practices to grow your Senior and Middle Manager's skills and competencies that, in turn, will move employee performance.
- Improve results across the organization through Studer group's customized coaching techniques. All of Studer Group's coaches have demonstrated success using our tools and tactics in a rural hospital over a sustained period. You will hardwire practices in your organization that research shows drives results. Coaches will bring knowledge of sequencing, best practices, and accountability to the table. With Studer Group, you have an expert right at your fingertips.
- Guidance in dealing with performance issues. We will teach you how to move performance up, and how to effectively deal with physicians, leaders, and employees who disappoint.
- Best practices in standardizing behaviors that will continue to drive results so that this becomes your culture and not just another program.
